I don't often develop new products but this year I decided to try something in a different direction! I just released a new line of personalized wood ornaments that blend carefully hand finished wood with my line of paper goods.

Each ornament is sanded by hand and finished with a clear coat for long lasting durability. There are a variety of designs and colors to choose from which include birds, hearts, and snowflakes. Each shape is in my sparkling no shed glitter paper. The glitter is sealed inside a clear finish and will not shed.

At the bottom of each ornament is a shimmer strip of pearlized silver paper with your choice of personalized text. You can say anything you want! I recommend sticking with two short lines but more text is possible though it will be smaller.

We all love diamonds but we don't always want to pay the price. There is something about the way they wink at you in the light that makes you want to own them whether it is practical or not!

Well say hello to the swarovski crystal! For the month of April I offer the option of clear swarovski crystal elements. This genuine lead crystal has a lot of the glitz and glam that catches our eye for a fraction of the price.

Are you more of a natural girl? How about clear quartz crystal! These tumbled beads have a natural gleam and every changing shapes which are pretty and easy on your wallet.

If you have been following my blog my last post was about some new bases I chose for some one of a kind trees. I've completed the first of those trees!

I had chosen a mix of beads to coordinate with the agate slabs. My mix included jet swarovski crystal elements, carnelian tubes, and a glass bead with an aurora borealis finish.

It all came together into a one of a kind tree! As a bonus I created a second tree with the same beads as a budget friendly alternative. Both are available for purchase through my website. Just click the images below for more information!

I thought I might share my studio with you. It just got a makeover plus I just straightened up so I figured this was as good a time as any to snap a few photos! My craft room is a fairly small extra room in my home. I don't have any windows but there is plenty of lighting so I don't mind so much. It's like a little cocoon where i can hide away and work in peace.

The tour starts from the door (photo 1) and goes to the left (photo 2) where you can see my shipping counter, bead wall, and my paper goods area. The shipping counter (photo 3,4) is where I do all my paperwork and get orders ready to go out. I keep extra supplies in the bins above the counter and I love love love my cabinets which are covered in fabric.

Next we move around to the work area. (photo 5,6,7) You can see all my papers stashed in my awesome cube cubbies, my TV (I love netflix!), and my bead storage drawers. Don't worry, the toaster oven is for craft use only, not lunch. =) I love my little "U" shaped work space. Everything I need is within reach and it has helped streamline my process. The little shelf over the tv has votive cups filled with vintage glass beads I got from my grandmother.

 Last I had to show off my big storage cabinets. (photo 8) I know all those shipping boxes are not much to look at but I love the fabric on my cabinets so much I had to share!

So this is where the magic happens. I have my mother in law to thank for helping me beautify it with all those bright colors!
